Aims: The aim of this research is to study how new digital pedagogical solutions modernise learning environments and what are the challenges and possibilities. Further, the aim is to support new teachers’ transfer to work when there are high expectations about their digital competencies.
Following questions are asked:
- Where, when and how digitalization supports learning?
- Where, when and how digitalization benefits studying?
- What kind of digital competencies do teachers need in future? How does teacher education contribute to these future competence needs?
